FutureSage Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the FutureSage mobile application (“FutureSage”, “the app”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information.
FutureSage is a practice-management application designed for astrologers and other guidance practitioners. It also allows clients to connect with a practitioner, receive updates, and request appointments.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use FutureSage, we may collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: name, email address, phone number, profession, account role, practitioner connection information, and Firebase user ID.
- Client and consultation information: client names, contact details, gender, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, questions, consultation notes, consultation dates, and related practice records.
- Uploaded content: kundali images, charts, documents, photographs, or other files uploaded by a practitioner.
- Appointment information: requested dates, appointment status, practitioner notes, and related scheduling information.
- Payment records: payment amount, date, method, consultation reference, and optional notes entered by the practitioner.
- Notification information: Firebase Cloud Messaging registration tokens and device information needed to send app notifications.
- Advertising and technical information: device identifiers, advertising identifiers, approximate device information, diagnostics, and ad interaction data that may be processed by Google Mobile Ads or related Google services.
FutureSage does not directly collect bank account numbers, card numbers, or passwords for external payment services. Payment entries inside the app are records manually entered by practitioners.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- Create and manage practitioner and client accounts.
- Link a client account with a selected practitioner.
- Manage clients, consultations, appointments, and payments.
- Store practitioner notes and uploaded client documents.
- Send appointment, update, and reminder notifications.
- Display and measure advertisements.
- Maintain security, prevent misuse, and diagnose errors.
- Provide customer support and respond to privacy requests.
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
3. Practitioner responsibility
Practitioners control the client information, consultation notes, payment records, and uploaded documents they enter into FutureSage. Practitioners are responsible for obtaining any consent required from their clients before collecting or uploading personal information.
Practitioners should collect only information reasonably necessary for their professional practice and should not upload unlawful, excessive, or unrelated personal data.
4. Firebase and Google services
FutureSage uses Google Firebase services, which may include:
- Firebase Authentication
- Cloud Firestore
- Firebase Storage
- Firebase Cloud Messaging
- Cloud Functions for Firebase
- Firebase Hosting
These services process information to provide authentication, database storage, file storage, notifications, backend functions, and hosting.
5. Advertising
FutureSage may display advertisements provided through Google AdMob or Google Mobile Ads.
Google and its advertising partners may process device information, advertising identifiers, approximate location inferred from technical information, ad impressions, clicks, and consent choices to provide, limit, measure, or personalize advertising where legally permitted.
Where required, the app may present a consent form or privacy choices before requesting advertisements.
6. How information is shared
We do not sell users’ personal information.
Information may be shared:
- Between a client and the practitioner connected to that client, where necessary for app functionality.
- With Google Firebase, Google Cloud, Google AdMob, and other service providers that operate app infrastructure, notifications, security, analytics, or advertising.
- When required by law, legal process, court order, or a valid request from an authority.
- To detect fraud, protect users, enforce terms, or defend legal rights.
7. Data retention
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide FutureSage, maintain practitioner records, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the app and its users.
When a client deletes their login account, their authentication profile, notification tokens, account links, and appointment requests associated with that login may be deleted. Consultation, payment, and client records maintained by the practitioner may remain as the practitioner’s business records.
When a practitioner deletes their account through the app, practitioner-owned app records and uploaded files associated with that account are scheduled for permanent deletion. Independently registered client accounts are not deleted solely because a practitioner deletes their account.
8. Account and data deletion
Signed-in users can request account deletion inside the app:
Clients: Profile → Danger zone → Delete account
The app asks the user to confirm permanent deletion before processing the request.
Users may also contact us at swbodhi86@gmail.com for privacy or deletion assistance.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including authenticated access, Firebase security rules, secure network connections, and role-based data access.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children’s privacy
FutureSage is not intended for children under 13 to create or operate accounts independently. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 for their own use of the app.
Practitioners who maintain information relating to a minor are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from the minor’s parent or legal guardian.
11. Professional-services disclaimer
FutureSage is a technology and practice-management platform. It does not itself provide astrology, medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.
FutureSage does not guarantee predictions, outcomes, results, or the accuracy of advice provided by practitioners. Practitioners are independently responsible for their services, statements, and relationships with clients.
12. International processing
Information may be processed or stored in countries other than the user’s country, including locations where Google and its service providers operate infrastructure. Privacy protections may differ between countries.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when FutureSage features, legal requirements, or data practices change. The revised policy will be published on this page with an updated date.
